Private alley and entrance to model complex 

As part of the overal Sorrento East residential development in Dublin, California, Standard Pacific purchased Neighborhood 11 in 2011 and immediately began development of the model complex of four homes. These homes range between 2200 square feet and 2700 square feet, they are beautifully detailed and in a perfect location. A quote from the Standard Pacific Homes website: \"Spacious home designs that are sure to impress, located just minutes away from premier shopping, golf courses and Livermore’s wine country\" Firma Design Group worked on the model complex during late 2011 and the complex had its grand opening on February 18, 2011.
